His Imperial Highness Lord Dusanh Is pleased to announce the First annual Imperial Cup Space race. It is his hope that this event will foster Amity and be a steppingstone for Peace and understanding between the Interstellar nations and empires.
The rules of this race
The race will be on a 2 light year course located within the Territories of Bar Frybarec the course will clearly be marked by subspace beacons deviation form the marked course results in immediate disqualification.
Travel Must be Threw Regular Space Clearly defined this means No travel threw space of other dimensions (Planer space) use of Hyper-space, Subspace or Planck energy propulsion systems use of these technologies will result in immediate disqualification
Under no circumstances are you allowed to Fire upon Ships belonging to other nations Failure to comply with this rule results in the immediate execution of the crew and destruction of the vessel the nation will also no longer be eligible to compete in any other Imperial cup events.
The prize for wining this event is 1 billion Bar Frybarec Credits and one space time field generator.

Info: This ship is one of the latest generation of spacecraft that has been developed by the Five Civilized Nations. It has been stripped of all of its weaponry and has been incredibly upgraded with triple shields and three engines instead of the standard one shield and twin engines.
In the latest tests, this vessel has been known to very vulnerable when the shields are down, because of the volatile fuel that the vessel uses. One of the major problems this vessel has is with its gryo-stabilizers. Because of the upgrades, the vessel is not completely stablized and has been known to spin out of control.
You're kidding me, right? No FTL? How can you expect a race ship to go two light years?? You're talking a 5-20 year long race...
And what about Space Fold? That isn't another dimension... I could just press a button and get there almost instantly.

His Highnes has taken your consurns to the Minister of Science we will alow FTL travle threw Regular space however the ships speed may not exceed the safty limit of 1.82 times the speed of light. Granted Space folding may be a fast way to complete this race we ate limiting the frequancy of the fold to enshure the safty of other vessels Hyperspace is forbidden becuse the ship temeraly enters another dimentional feald and techicly leaves the course (thease limitations give the bation of Bar Frybarec a complete disadvantage in this race as out FTL capbilty is Relyent upon Planer space tech
