Belarussian Ambassador to Hvittsted (USSL) name:


The Minister of Foreign Affairs, Rt Hon Tatyana Ruskovich, has anouced in a televised press conference the name of Belarus' new Ambassador to the USSL.

Ambassador Severs will take up the post at the new embassy in the diplomatic quarter of Hvittsted and will be the first foreign embassy of the Commonwealth.

Ambassador Severs who is a former official in the office of the Interior is said to be delighted at his apointment. He told the press conference of the close relations between Belarus and the USSL and how he looked forward to meeting the President of the USSL.

The Foreign Office is planning to anounce further embassy openings and appointments in the coming weeks.

The Dutch Democratic Republic would welcome an exchange of embassy's with Belarus. As fellow Europeans, we believe in forstering relations with the so-called 'circle of friends'.

As the UN delegate and the leading nation in the Netherlands (Nederland region) this embassy could function as a host for all Dutch state. Should the offer be accepted we will reserve a spot for your embassy in The Hague, Knootcap.

We will then send an ambassador at earliest opportunity.
