Strongbadia would like to propose an open borders deal for tourists flying direct between Santa Anna and Strongbadia. In addition to begining a period of new economic partnership, the people of strongbadia will be able to tour the national parks of santa anna, while in return, the people of snata anna may visit the "tire" in strongbadia . . . I'll leave any details up to you.
In addition, we would like to open an embassy in Santa Anna to encourage politcal, economic and military partnership.
This is a great idea. I'd like to take the opportunityto invite all of you to the Grand Opening of the People's Republic of Stee-Ku Worker's Zoo, featuring animals from around the region. Our current special exhibit features moose from Free Wo Man in their natural habitat - at night in the middle of a highway.
Incidentally, why can't everyone in the region just get along?

after further delibaration, we have decided to support your initiative. however, we do not feel that the timing is right, and ask that instead of immediate action you post-pone the endevour until there is further planning.
