let me just conter balance some of the rather silly comments that hae been made. As aforementioned there is a disparity between populations which has not been taken into account [for example Biotopia only has arounf 830 million while nations such as Iraqstan have over one billion, so dhu! comrades, of cause there should be a greater output of IT, but when you compare say Biotopia to Menelmacar which has nearly 2 billion people, i would consider that a success.

btw: what does pwn/ pwnd mean?

pwnd: leetspeak for 'owned', which in the vernacular of the internet is used to denote that something or someone has been demonstrated to be inferior to another, or that an object/concept is superior.

They are funded by the military and Seocc's IT rating is around 5000 or so, so it's reasonably good. They're not mass produced consumer goods either so it isn't like there are hundreds of factories churning them out day after day.

As we all know though it's mainly an RP device because he wanted to RP an alternative to having a traditional military.

What affects the IT ranking anyway? Ages ago mine was around the 70000 ~ 80000 mark and I though "oops, better improve that". It's hardly spectacular now, around 21000 (or something like that), but I have no idea how it improved.
