After the civil war is over the nation of SteamEarth will be considering updating and upgrading its technology, thou it still wants to keep steamtech.

Tech level its considering is like a cross between Warhammer 40K Imperial Guard tech and Crimson Skies tech.

Sure we could do with some weapon production licences after our economy virtually crashed.
