The Delta Dagger was so secret, anyone and everyone caught giving information to an outside source was executed. Even the President didn't know about it. The only ones informed were the 35 men willing to take on the responsibility of the project.
The Delta Dagger is a high-speed, cannon-launched unmanned Kamikaze vehicle.

When within one mile of it's target, the wings fold out quickly and begins to rotate to drill deeper into the target and improve the accuracy. These were tested on a decommisioned Gunship. One blow to the engine area and it exploded into chunks of metal.
