After 6 months of intensive Basic and Advanced Training, Selected trainees will have to attend the National People's Liberation Army College for a year. The one not selected will be asked to serve as reserves. It is not mandatory to join the National reserve. For the one year at Army College, you may choose to attend for 2more years to promote the same way as in other universities. You may attend additional 2 years to gain promotion to Government Jobs.

Brief History
Xiaguo was once a province of China in the Qin dynasty. It was then applies to Korea's Koguro Kingdom. Until the T'ang dynasty, Korea's Shilla Kingdom and T'ang China had defeated Koguryo and Xiaguo was once returned to China. During the Song and Yuan dynasies, Xiaguo was flourishing under trade and farming.
In the Ming Dynasty, Xiaguo had declared its independence and built a wonderful capital in Taipeng. the Qing dynasty then had conquered the Xianese and established Manchu rule. Until the Sino Japanese war. Xiaguo's greatest port and oldest city Hanhai, and Shingquan was given to Great Britain. During the Wuchang uprising in China. China then became clear as a republic. Xiaguo later became a puppet state of Japan. Xiaguo region's warlord of the time, Kim Tai Wai had raged war against Japan in 1915 and within 2 years, Xiaguo gains their Independence from Japan and is converted to Xiaguo Monarch rule. After the death of Kim Tai Wai in 1932, the heir to the throne, Kim Tai Shao was put to work as the great leader of Xiaguo. He had modernised the Navy and the planese of Xiaguo and industrialise the country from 1934-1939. During WWII, Xiaguo had defended itself greatly but lost the western region leaving Jpan a clear path to the rest of Asia. During China's civil war, Xiaguo supported Communist Chinese troops by giving them supplies and refuge. In 1945, the war had ended and Xiaguo began to rebuild. During the 1940's, Xiaguo build great relations with Communist China and in 1949, China was declared Communist. Kim Tai Shao then introduced Communism/Centralism to Xiaguo despite the protests. On March 23rd, 1952, Xiaguo is officially recognised as a Socialist Parliament.
