Consul Supreme Drakes has officially announced a Summit for all Nations involved in the Trixian-SCU conflict.

The Summit is scheduled to take place on the Isle of For'los, off the coast of the Eredron mainland. Delegates from those nations who fought in this conflict are invited to attend.

With the war brought to a close, the victors must now meet to decide the futures of those nations responsible for the costly war.

The Summit is scheduled from the 25th-26th. Leaders to RSVP.

OOC: I apologize to those nations who were unintentionally left off the roster. I also realize that it is improbable some of the communist countries will have the courage to own up to their fate.

OOC: Also, I have sent TGs to all involved Communist players.

I set this up so as to possibly get it going before Thanksgiving, but we can try to make it work for everyone's schedule.

I will, of course, attend. So will BLARGistania. The comment made about Communists not owning up to their fates is irrelevant. We will not back out...we are not cowards. I too am on weird hours (Arizona, no Daylight Savings), thus I don't really see your messages from during the day. Please excuse any lateness on my behalf.

The gray-haired, slender consul stepped forward to the podium and gazed out at the gathered assembly.

"Respected delegates of the international community; members of the diplomatic corp; gathered friends. As Consul Supreme of the Dominion of Eredron, I welcome you here. We are brought together today to discuss the future of the Soviet Communist Union, whose leaders brought death and destruction to thousands of soldiers and civilians in the bloody war they brought upon the nation of Trixia.

"Many here are sent as representatives of nations who have sacrified tens of thousands of their brave sons defending the freedom of the Trixian people.

"All have their thoughts and opinions concerning the future of the SCU. Over the coming days, each will have the opportunity to voice their concerns, their hopes for the future.

"We extend an invitation to Trixia to make the first remarks discussing their present situation, both in the rebuilding of their cities, and in the current military occupation of Communistz. Other nations still militarily involved in the post-war situation are invited to present a brief overview of their military deployment, following Trixia's remarks.

"Following that, we will adjourn for forty-five minutes; Communistz and her allies will have the opportunity to each make a statement in defense of their actions. After this, we will devote ourselves to discussing the future of Communistz, its future independence or lack thereof, the continued military occupation of that nation, etc.

"The time is now turned over to the Trixian delegation."

Stone River's Secretary of Defense, Ambrose Davis, is in attendance tonight.

Larkinia will be represented by Minister of Defense, General David Rios and Special Forces Lance General Marc Tullio.

Trix Redski. Leader of Trixia, stood up.

"First of all i would like to say that i am both honoured and glad that this meeting is taking place. Now to the present situation in Trixia"

"The city of Drake has been decimated and the land is now radioactive. Our scientists say that is left, the city grounds will not be approachable for about 50 years, but with clear up technology, this could be drasticly reduced"

"All the people in the area of the blast we're killed on impact or shortly after, i'm sad to say, there were no suvivors"

"That concludes the current situation in Trixia"

Impeiral Rep Jason Richley stamds up.

"Trixia, our advanced cleaning technology can have Drake inhabitable in less than a month."

"The Imperial Navy suffered particularly low casualties in the conflict, but we did lose some good men. Although our economy is currently almost decimated, our colonies profits for the year will allow us to help in the cleanup operation."

A Communistz Delegate is pushed up.

"Erm.... we..we would li...like to make a formal apology for the damage we have done, and due to prior discussions with Trixia we have agreed to have them guide ou..our nation, they have re..respected our communist views and have had us re-named, The Trixian Union of Communistz[i]"

"We have sh..shed our allegiance with our former [i]allies and wait for them to sp..speak up"

He sat down, shaking...

(OOC: First, apologies for starting before all had 'arrived', but I wanted to get this going.)



The Consul Supreme rose, and strode to the podium. "We thank leader of Trixia for his remarks and also the representative of The Imperial Navy for their generosity. The Communistz delegate's remarks have been recorded..

"While we wait for the delegates of the SCU, namely Skeletonia, BLARGistania, Mentholyptus, Russix and Penguingrad, I will take this time to give a brief summary of our military involvement, both past and current.

"During the war, Eredron committed over 50,000 ground troops to help defend Trixia against the SCU's invasion. These infantrymen were aided by numerous pieces of artillery, as well as continual air drops of medical and military equipment. We have confirmed over 30,000 casualties(KIA, wounded, MIA).

"During the course of the war, Eredron carried out several extensive bombing campaigns; our Strategic Bombing Force dropped over a hundred thousand kilograms of conventional warheads on the Skeletonia and Communistz military industries.

"To help secure Communistz air space prior to a Trixian offensive, I dispatched our Naval Task Force Alpha and over a hundred F-22 Raptors; these fighters help gain air superiority and aid in the rescue of civilians and diplomatic members; Eredron lost over a dozen brave fighters.

"The war, albeit one fought to defend freedom and liberty, nevertheless has cost the Dominion of Eredron several billion Marks, at a time when the Eredron economy has begun to slow due to a recent UN resolution.

Following the remarks of the SCU delegates who are expected to return momentarily, we will begin discussion over the immediate and extended futures of the SCU members. I invite Trixia to present his plans for Communistz, her former allies, and the SCU as a whole."

"I will present my plans for the SCU after they have given their speeches. It is only fair"

BLARgistania will follow whatever decision is reached between Trixia and the region of Fististan whose delegate is Mentholyptus. Any agreement reached will come to me via telegram from Mentholyptus, and I will comply with them. Even being Socialist, we are still honorable.

The Delegate from Mentholyptus has arrived. We will comply with requests to assist only with damage caused by our actions. While we feel deeply for the losses of the Trixian people, we do not feel it to be our responsibility to clean up the messes of others. Fististan, in a show of goodwill, will not request reparations or other compensation for our own forces lost in combat. Thank you for your continued respect and willingness to listen.

OOC: I don't really have names for anyone, so excuse the lack of personalization in my posts.

From the section of the room designated for the Eredron delegation, the paunchy Senator Crockes stood up with a sneering look.

"How generous of you not to ask for reparations for fighting a war your ally created. Don't think you'll - "

"Senator Crockes will take his seat," the Consul Supreme ordered sternly. "You do not have the floor."

The delegate from Celeborne stands "Gentlemen, I feel that it is in the best interest of Trixia if Celeborne does not request any reperations from the aggressor nations. We do think that the best course of action would be for the aggessor nations to pay in full the damages done to Trixia, and provide compinsation for those who lost family members. In addition we would like the the aggerssor nations to remove all nuclear, biological and chemical weapons from thier nations."

Seeing as we lack WMDs, that request should be an easy one to comply with. We thank you all for your kindness and lack of hostility. Fististan is thankful for your not requesting reparations, as our collective economy isn't as strong as it could be. With that in mind, can someone please telegram to Mentholyptus a list of requests and we will do our best to fulfill them.

Secretary Ambrose Lee stood. "Stone River makes no requests for repartions in either money or land. We did not involve any ground forces in this conflict, and our naval and air losses were minimal. We can not justify demanding any money from the SCU. Also, we want to make it clear to our populace and the world at large that we did not enter this war for imperial intentions. We simply joined to protect another capitalist nation's right to govern the way they saw fit. Again, Stone River asks for no reparations in this war."

Eredron invites Trixia to present a plan for reparations and post-war territorial boundaries, etc.

OOC: If no one is around to respond, I'll just put up Eredron's demands, or a plan or something.

OOC: Getting a real plan would be nice. If this continues to take so long between posts, I may be tempted to just abandon the whole thing and move on. No one has any fun when nothing happens.

After a brief intercession, the meeting had resumed. Consul Supreme Drakes stood at the large, solid podium, calmly presenting the list that the Eredron delegation had created.

"For the actions of the Soviet Communist Union, instigating and waging an unprovoked and unwarranted war on Trixia and her allies, the Dominion of Eredron and the Principalities of Ariin henceforth places these demands upon the Soviet Communist Union:

From the nation of Communistz, chief instigator of the war, we demand a monetary reparation of three hundred million Marks, as well as territorial rights to thirty square miles near the eastern coastline(or border) of Communistz. In light of Trixia's occupation and control of Communistz, we will not request monthly aerial surveillance flights, and leave any restrictions of Trixian military growth up to the Trixian government.

From Skeletonia, who played a significance role in maintaining the Communist offensive and killed tens of thousands of Eredron troops, we demand five hundred million Marks as well as permission to conduct monthly aerial surveillance flights for a period of five years.

From the nations of Russix, Penguingrad,Mentholyptus, and BLARGistania we demand a non-aggression pact, whereby these nations pledge never again to wage an unprovoked war upon the Dominion of Eredron, or Her Principalities, namely the Duchy of Ariin, as well as monetary reparations of fifty million Marks from each nation.

Lastly, we demand that the Soviet Communist Union, and the allies of her members, take complete, full and unconditional responsibility for this war."

On behalf of all nations in Fististan (Mentholyptus and BLARGistania included), I accept these terms. We pledge never again to unprovokedly attack Eredron or her principalities, and the joint payment of 100 million marks from this region is on its way.

OOC: I think this will probably be one of my last posts, I grow really tired of bantering back and forth between a couple of the involved nations.

Trixia would like to say it think Eredrons demands are fair and just. And urge the SCU to accept them.
