The Attawan goverment is glad to announce that they have just made connections to the nation of Kelshan. An Ambassador will be recieved at the Commisariat of International Affairs, by Consultarian-Comyitsar of International Affairs Tsu-Jing. He is saying that he is going to discuss an Alliance with Kelshan...
Tsu-Jing: The whole idea, is a matter of trust... If we can build up trust with this nation and are shure that they are just, we can make treaties for trade, or maybe even an Alliance!!!

The Consultariat is thrilled, as the missing family member of Kai Hiwatari, the Bolvakonist Consul, has been found!!! He was not spotted by the teams working on it, but arrived at the Consultariat (palace) today himself!

One of the palace guards: I thought he was an imposter, trying to get into the palace for maybe an assassination atempt... I asked for his papers, and his name did seem to be Robbert... Robbert Yak'ang i think it was... The way he made clear to me that he really was him, was when he showed me his neckless (The double TT)... There were only two of those in the country, and one of them was owned by Mr. Hiwatari... It had to be him, so i called the Black Lotus... They took him to the palace... That was the last i saw of him...

After a thourough investigation, it was all confirmed... The 16 year-old boy, was Robbert Hiwatari... He is now staying with his long lost cousin... Before he read the last Pravda-Article, he had no idea where his jewelry came from... He had taken his jewel to an expert to have him confirmed that it was not a fake! After this he immediatley went to the Consultariat (palace) to go meet the family he thought he never had...

There has just been a missile attack reported on the Belarussian States! This communist nation is crying out for help from the NS world... Consul Kai Hiwatari and Consul Xjung Himura, are totally shocked by this happening! Especially Xjung Himura, since he is the Consul of the communist faction... Although small parts of the Peoples army are presently being mobilized, the Consultariat reports that it should wait to take action, as they first want all details on this matter... If it seems that this attack was injust and a pure act of agression, Attawar will help this small Democratic-Socialist nation...

I comand all nations to leave Belarussian States or face the consequences. The New Cardassian Federation will crush the Belarussians for there insulting ban on our goods.

The goverment of Attawar has decided to involve itself in this conflict and preserve the Socialistic-Democracy of Belarussian States... New Cardassia has threatened us, that if we do not leave this conflict alone, that we will have to face the consequences... Rubbish! Consultarian-Comytisar and comander of the army Da Lao Zong sais... All Attawan stormtroopers and the entire airforce of Attawar is being moblized. The Commisariat of Defence states that they will probably also deploy the Regualr Peoples army in Belarus. The conflict started when the goverment in minsk, Belarus, banned the use of New Cardassian canabis in the land, therefore giving a large blow to New Cardassia's economy... The outraged New Cardassians therefore launched a mislie on Belarus... This offence will not be tolerated. WE ARE THE JUST ONES! Our pride and patriotic nationalism will guide us to victory over this act of pure evil! The Belarussian Goverment has asked us to join theres in a conference on the 1st of december. Kai Hiwatari and Xjung Himura, the two consuls and leaders of Attawar are going to attend this conference. They will be protected by the Black Lotus, and say that they will solve this conflict, and destroy the New Cardissian goverment, to establish democracy.

Since of the conflict in Belarus, the goverment is not yet really usre if they will be attending the conference... The Consuls say they will try to do so, as their apointement in Belarus is only on the first of december...

The people of the Belarussian States are rejoicing after the unconditional surrender of the New Cardassian government who have been attacking the country over a trade dispute.
The President of the Belarussian States, the Rt Hon Vladimir Boyd, told his country in a special TV address that his country would be "forever indebted to the nation states that stood by Belarussia in its time of need... he added a special thanks to the governments of La Bay, Attawar, Falastur, Rebel Grots, Lietuveska, Froggyliciousness, Bar Frybarec for their intervention in the crisis. The President congratulated the Belarussian Defence Forces for their overnight raids on Cardassian Military establishments which he described as “historic evidence of the ability of small nations to defend themselves from the aggressors of world powers.”

Speaking to the First National TV Channel of Belarussia, the newly appointed Foreign Minister, Rt Hon Tatyana Ruskovich, told of the pressing need for the Belarussian States to seem new International Partners to ensure the security of the Commonwealth. She added that Belarussians are a peacefull people and look forward to resuming peacfull relations with New Cardassia in the future.

BELARUSSIAN CONFLICT OVER!

There was no need of interfearence from Attawan forces, as New Cardassia has surrendered itself, trembling for the threat they had created for themselves, by taking on world powers. The Attawan goverment however states that they are planning to closely keep an eye on New Cardassia. "If the state makes anymore moves like this, we will be forced to take over and establish peacefull democracy" Da Lao Zong, the Consultarian-Comyitsar of Defence sais. Rumors are that the Black Lotus has allready infiltrated the New Cardassian nation, and are keeping the motherland up to date of their plans. Kenshin, leader of the BL, however denies this action... This makes sure that Attawar will have more time for its other foreign activities, as we are expecting a diplomat from Kelshan on the 12th of december, the Consuls will visit Belarus on the 1st of december, and they still have to attend the conference in the ANL... We ourselves are glad that our brave boys in the Peoples Army did not have to participate in this war.

KAI HIWATARI, GETTING MARRIED

Kai Hiwatari, our consul, has been engaged to Jane Lavinder, a Rotovian girl, ever since the Rotovian Diplomatic Summit, w<here we signed a treaty with the ANL. It seems, that Kai Hiwatari is going to get married with this girl and that they are truly in love! This event will occur in the future, as now Attawar seems to be in a very occupied busy period... Since Attawar is a strongly atheïst nation, an Attawan marriage would be in the city hall, not in church, but what if Jane Lavinder is christian?

Kai Hiwatari's comments:
"If she wants it to be so, i will mary twice! Once in Attawar in the Consultariat for the Attawan state, and once in Rotovia for the church. It's all up to her. Although i am not a religious person, i wouldn't mind doing this in a Rotovian church..."

How this issue will evolve is not yet sure...


PRIVATE ENTERPRISE LEGAL IN ATTAWAR?

There has been a huge discussion at the meeting of economical comyitsars in the Commisariat of economy yesterday. The issue: Private enterprise, legal or not??? CUrrently, private enterprise in Attawar is illegal. This policy was an idea of the Communist Faction, introduced shortly after the revolution. Now, the Bolvakonists in the Commisariat of economy feel that it is time for a free market, to improve Attawars economy... The communist part however, is sticking up for its ideas and finds that that would be going down the slippery sled of capitalism...

"If we start using a free market economy, there will be tonsof new jobs, tons of more money to spend on social projects and improving attawar, and tons of international corporations showing more interest in Attawar then ever before. We would have a better economy then ever before!!! In the time of the emperor, people were not interested in Attawar, because the regime was dangerous, and it violated laws on child labour. Now we dont have a free market, offcourse not atractive for large international corporations. If we go over to a free market now, the Attawan people of whom the communists are fearing for, would not only enjoy social equality, they would also have a financial good situation!!! Just look at Rotovia! They were able to get a what the UN calls "frightening" economy, while still having a very good system for social equality. Now it is time for us to also make this step into the 21st century..."

The Foreign Minister, Tatyana Ruskovich, has informed me that talks to resolve the territorial dispute over the territories of Belarus with the Russian Forces have collapsed. The Russian government refuse to negotiate and have threatened to invade if Minsk does not surrender ourselves to the Russian Forces.

The Government of Belarus reaffirms its Independence and vows to fight till the last man to defend out motherland.

We call upon the International Community to interviene and to assist us in defending our nation, a nation that has never attacked another state and has always been at the forefront of humanitarian assistance.

The Attawan goverment calls an emergency!

The Attawan goverment, who has allways had good relations to Russian Forces and is a supporter of Belarus, is now at a crossroad... Support Belarus, or support Russian Forces... The Consultariat of Attawar is having a meeting as we speak... It seems that it would be Attawars way to help Belarus, as they are fighting for their freedom and for democracy... The problem is that even though the Attawan military is relativley large, it does not have the full capacity to take on Russian Forces, with its nearly 2 billion population. If the meeting of 1 december in Minsk will still commence is a mystery... There has been a lot of activity in the Commisariat of Defence, but anyone refuses to give comments... There will be a press conference at 18.30 Attawan time... (in one hour) There the two Consuls will answer all questions as wel as possible. One tank division has been moblized.

We have just gotten news of the Consultariat of Attawar, from the first voting appears, that most comyitsars support Belarussian states, because of the fact that they did not start this war, but were brutally declared war upon because of their actions to achieve freedom. More Divisions are being mobilized, and it seems troops will be transported to Belarus to give aid...

More news just got in! The Consultariat has very quickly decided to aid Belarus. The Consultarian MI-8 helicopter is allready being prepared. The Attawan Consuls will bring an early visit to Minsk, in order to negotiate with the Belarussian goverment. The press conference that was announced by "Pravda, the truth" will not be attended by the Consuls. It will take place, and it will be given by the Consultarian-Comyitsar of International Affairs, Tsu Jing...

Newsflash! The Attawan Consuls arrive in Minsk! They are going to discuss with the Belarussian goverment, and also participate in the negotiations with Russian Forces... If it would come to war, they will side with Belarus.

PEACE RETURNS TO BELARUS, RUSSIAN FORCES GRANTS BELARUSSIAN STATES ITS FREEDOM

Peace has returned to Belarus, as there will be no russian attack. We do remain cautious, and some troops will remain a month longer in Belarus... Because our beautifullrepublic has helped Belarus the second time now, we have been granted a place near the town of Vitebesk. There will be 2000 soldiers, 500 tanks, 30 planes, and 75 helicopters stationed there. The Consultariat is very gratefull for this, and plans to propose an alliance contract that will truly commit Attawar and Belarus to each other. Rei Himura, the son of the Communist Consul, will come home. He was stationed in Belarus, together with another 300.000 soldiers. He is a lieutenant in the Grenadier infantry.
