FHW Offers 4 40x18km Building Sections and 12 4x2km building sections. If you're interested, pricing is as follows:

40x15km Space - $200 Million/Year
4x2km Space - $2 Million/Year

Pricing includes rooming for builders and workers, food, and other expenses. If you don't want to supply the builders, we will gladly supply them for an extra cost ($30,576 per year per builder)

I would like to do business with you but you need to customize you shipyards to my needs, i need it to fit these and have equipment to service them, it also needs to be portable (ie: can be pushed, pulled, etc. through space to other planets, MUST be orbital capable.) I also need to be able to dock 8 of these.

You could easily build 8 of those in one small shipyard. We have all the tools to fit your needs. You should rent a small shipyard for 1 year to fit your needs.

Sorry, no can do. However, you could build a small mobile shipyard in one of the larger facilities.
