Sorry for the bad phrasing, the site only opens it, to my knowledge that doesn't actually involve downloading!
Since I don't use Internet Explorer (you need to use it to run his little program), and I'm probably not the only one, what is the expression you used to calculate this?

Your population increases by 5-7 million a day.
Therefore, I have three colums on the sheet, one increases by 5 million a day. One that goes by 6's, and one that goes by sevens.
The 5's column is the minimum, the 6 is the approximate, and 7 is the maximum. It also generates a graph, for the next hundred days, that shows what you population will on average.
