The TA would be interested in signing some sort of non-aggression pact with Angelus, given similar stances against and for alliances and nations.

We are always pleased to open diplomatic channels with the vast majority of the nations surrounding Us, though there are a few exceptions. A non-aggression pact is available to all of the nations We are willing to engage in diplomatic negotiations with, though We do reserve the right to terminate said pact if conditions reach an extreme.*

Angelus is not a warlike nation, in fact, We greatly frown upon military action in all but the most extreme situations. This is not to say that We will not defend Ourselves, but We also have no desire to instigate any aggressive actions towards anyone. All We wish is peace.*

Furthermore, We are willing to open trading pacts with the Vortex Corporation, but We are not willing to extend a Free Trade Agreement, as We severely restrict trade of military equipment to nations outside of the main Alliances We belong to, and nations We have formed a Mutual Defense clause with.

We completely understand your policy in these matters, as we have similar arrangements with the friends and allies surrounding us. Therefore, we propose drawing up an agreement that concerns free trade in certain branches of industry, mining and services, in which case military technology or otherwise 'sensitive' items could be excluded from trade.

We've known you for a long time Angelus-we had some misunderstandings at the beginning (namely due to Foe Hammer), but we ended up getting along well. We offer an alliance with you.

The proposal set forth by the Vortex Corporation is passed, with a level of free trade accepted. Minerals, commodities, non-militaristic technology, textiles, manufactured goods, and stock shares in the Horizon Casino and Archai Technologies being the baseline in trade. We look forward to extended relations with TVC in the future.

As for the Imperial Navy, We will gladly accept a non-agression treaty, as well as a proposal to tentatively open trade relations between our two nations. Please send a TG listing your terms and ideas.

You have already tasted some of the profits to be had with that little island we gave you. The aforementioned advance of technology has left certain aspects of society in the dark, however.

We understand your previous unwillingness to part with, for example, artificial intelligences, being as they are like your own children. But a revolution of our way of life is around the corner, one in which our own children are becoming more and more like your own. Already, I guide many of our vessels and systems through near-sentient computers of massive power. But it is difficult, too difficult to be of practical use. It requires my constant attention, for my nodes are not as capable as I am.
