In the year 2001...
The state of Nevada decided to separate from the Union. Knowing that doing so would be almost impossible to do, they did the alternative. Under the instruction of the secret leaders, scientists duplicated Nevada and transported it to the Pacific. The "real" Nevada stayed where it was, while the duplicate, somehow hidden from prying eyes, developed into one large city, New Las Vegas. The city now spans the entire Nevada Island. Despit a lack of tourism and international trade, the economy of Nevada has survived through sale of alchohol, pornography, and firecrackers to its citizens.
Now, many [NS] years later, it has reemerged! Behold . . . Separated Nevada!
