And where CACE nations may have supported revolutionary activity it is normally restricted to those nations where no legitimate process is available to those who seek change, there is widespread support for change, and the government is repressive.

Capitalist nations have been intervening in the affairs of other nations for centuries, so I hardly think you are in any position to lecture CACE on the morality of its member nations foreign policies.

The CACE is an alliance that is commited to the protection of civil rights amongst all its member nations, and having a Civil Rights classification of "good" or better is a requirement of CACE membership (a criteria that NY&J does not meet, incidentally). CACE has always prefered dialog to conflict, and has encouraged a number of nations to improve their civil rights records in the interests of seeking CACE membership.

CACE seeks to improve the world through dialog and reason, not conflict and war.
