To cope with rising tensions and the possiblity of attack, The Imperial Government have moblised some 4.2 million reserve troops on "Terror watch". Their job is to watch all major events and places in The Sacred Empire to act againist possible terror attacks funded or performed by GDODAD and allied nations.

Also all Naval Warships have been ordered to cease all objectives and return home to be refueled amnd supplied.
