We would like to formally request international aid for our very poor nation as we are growing rather desperate in our plight as it is being increasingly difficult to feed our people and military.


However, should this "aid" come at a price we are willing to offer you these plague rocks we have recently discovered small amounts of. They sound pretty bad, and to us they are, however we understand that other larger nations may have need for rocks which makes your hair fall out and cuase an illness of which there is no cure. We will allow inspection of these rocks but for saftey reasons we have cornered off the area in which we found them.

Sometime they glow a little in the dark, othertimes they do not... though our few scientists are baffled at this. At first we thought they would make good light devices but it turns out that they are too dangerous and too dim for that.

So who amoung the international community will hear our plea?

As yes, good old capitaljist dog would like to insult our commujist ways and laugh in the face of our plight... and to think, you people call yourselves humanitarians.

We have done nothing to warrant this insult, our people are not dying of exposure to these plague rocks, we keep out people away from them now. However, the more dangerous problem at hand is the growing needs of our people that we are having trouble supplying.

So please, if take your agenda elsewhere, we have need for assistance, not snarky remarks.

We have taken note of Commujismm's "Basket Case" economy and your immediate needs. We have recognised you as a nation eligible for aid under Knootian law. This is also a good opportunity for us to prove how compassionate we really are to the world

We offer you
-Emergency relief. This can include shipments of grain, or other foodstuffs. Just specify your needs and we will provide.
-Structural development aid. This can include but is not limited to: monetary aid, capital influx-investments, building up the economic infrastructure in your nation and low-interest loans, but also sending advisors on economic policy.

Should the requested aid be above our budget we will see to it that funds from the SATO directorate of compassionate relief will be at your disposal. Ruud Lubbers, a Knootian, currently holds the directorate and see this as an excellent opportunity to reactivate some of it’s programmes.

As for the rocks: we believe in the slogan "trade, not aid", and are willing to negotiate a reasonable price for them.

However, we need to guarantee the security of any aid workers entering our country. We have had some negative experiences with that in the past when aid workers in Columbia were taken hostage by FARC rebels. Therefore we ask that our nations sign a bilateral treaty of peace, and arrange for an exchange of embassies. We trust that other ties can be arranged too at a later time should this agreement prove it’s value.

*You don't know about our current communications with Knootoss unless you are actively spying on our nation, it just won't take much effort to do so becuase we aren't all that technological. This said, I would like nation to declare they are doing so (OOC) so that I know who is activelly spying on us and that no arguements break out later.

The People's Republic of Caselonia will offer Commujismm humanitarian aid in the form of food and medicine, amounting to US$5 million equivalent.

As for the 'plague rocks' we request that you make sure no nation will use them for weapons research.

Live Aid will add you to the charities list if yous end someone to speak at The event? This will guarantee you a hefty ammount of money...

Commujismm gladly accepts all aid from nations that have stated they wish to give it, we also allow peoples from those nations to come and visit Commujismm for inspection and what not.

As for the fate of the plague rocks we are coming to the conclusion that they may be more then just poisonious rocks with little use. As such we will take these into concideration and maybe start thinking about their aplications more. These rocks will be shown to peoples who ask, though we ask that you don't go near them until we have some form of protection from their effects... though we have invented a pair of tubular eyes that allow you to view them close without being close.

After consultation with the Republic of Nevereskya's political leaders, it has been concluded that the sum of 125,000,000 astens shall be immediately granted to the the government of Commujismm to aid in their recent economical state of need.

In addition, we would like to offer your government aid in funding a Nuclear Research Foundation, as well as the temporary enlistment of Nevereskyan Nuclear Engineers/Scientists during establishment. This foundation's purpose would be to promote further and SAFE education of your 'plague rocks' for it is believed that these 'plague rocks' may help in pulling the country out of its economical lull.

OOC: New nation is ok... anyways, I hear you are going through a recession so you may want to save that cash just in case. I'm sure other nations out there who really need it are around... I'm just a little sad that my slightly dodgly named nation was deleted... I guess the whole "j*sm" thing was a little too much for some people.

Not like I role-played it like that of course the nation had nothing to do with sexual intercourse.. it was just a silly name for a silly comunistic nation that was going to have one soldier with the gun and the other carrying spare ammo... cause we can't afford enough AK's... nor could they afford entrencing tools... the AK doubled as one.

I suppose I could ask for a resurection... but there was a reason for it being deleted and I'm not going to argue it.
