Although Biotopia has previously RPed the opening of embassies we feel that such time has passed and Biotopia has changed in international direction that those agreements are nullified. Leader: Emperor Ryo-Tan=Ryo is 23 and likes to party. Therefore, he is laid back. But he is also short-tempered. Most the time, the only thing keeping him from smacking a annoying diplomat is his advisors. He also remembers debts and enemies. He fights for basic human rights (the right to be free) and commonly fights alongside the soldiers when he gets away from his advisors.

Goverment:

The Holy Imperial Dominion of Neo Earth is governed by an Emperor. The Current Emperor is Ryo-Tan.
There are 25 states, which each have a State Governing Council. And each city has a city council. So democracy exists on a city and state area.
Citezens may sign a petition to change a national law. If the petition recieves 10,000 signitures, then the state votes on it. If it passes, all states vote on it. If passed, the Emperor may not change it.

Policy: Since Ryo has complete control over international politics, Neo Earth's Foriegn Policy is:

Anti-warmongering
Anti-slavers
Anti-Terrorists
Anti-genocide
Pro-christianity (christian nations seem to be favored)
Anti-heretic

As long as you will allow the embassy staff to be priests (all major goverment jobs usually have to be run by holy-people)

In my nation, only "blood" heretics (ones who religion orders them to kill) is illegal. We do, however, tax athiests. But Since your staff is from another nation, my Taxes have no affect. So, no, there shouldn't be a problem.


WARNING: If the Inquisition (http://www.nationstates.net/forum/viewtopic.php?t=75619&highlight=) has proof that one of your staff members is a "Blood" Heretic, they will be purged.
