Bullets, Vodka, and Intrigue

Daniel Rufus, a recently laid-off miner, drove angrily down the highway through Outer Constantinople. Doing 85 in a 75 mile zone while constantly dodging traffic on the 20-lane UberAutobond(OOC: Don't lecture me on German >_>) he obviously was flagged down by a highway patrolman. Daniel shook with rage as the policeman strolled towards him.

“License, registration, and bar code please.”

Daniel complied, very reluctantly. First he let the patrolman scan his bar code and then handed him his license and registration. Daniel’s eyes darted back and forth from the .45 Magnum next to him to the officer next to him. He began to sweat, debating in his mind what course to take.

As the policeman wrote the ticket, Daniel snapped, his eyes fixated on the gun, and he grabbed it. Swiftly he aimed it at the patrolman and fired. The bullet went up through the officer’s liver and out the left lung, he fell dead.

The deceased officer’s comrade pulled his .70 gauss cannon to the ready. He aimed and fired at the front section of Daniel’s car. He continued to fire, filling the car with massive holes.

Daniel was dead, his midsection ripped apart by a .70 hollow-point depleted uranium bullet. An insignificant event really, happened quite often recently. It was the left wing though that carried these stories too far. Turning them into stories of police brutality, which is exactly what they did in this case.

OOC: I'll type up the liberial broadcast ASAP...
