Speaker: The Chair recognises the Commonwealth of Chimaea
Ambassador Clarkson: Thank you, Mr. Speaker.
Fellow nations,
We live in dark times. Once again, the ugly alliance of nations ruled by the iron fist of tyrannical dictatorship, the Global Dominion of Dictators Against Democracy, have resurfaced from oblivion to threaten world stability once more.
This group has, in it's heyday, caused the entire world to go to war. Millions perished in the fires that came. Many more millions were displaced and harmed.
Now it is back, and despite what some GDODAD members might say, it is back to wage war. The Silver Turtle's remarks are clear-cut: the GDODAD is here to invade Imperial Forces. Their very first announcement is one of violence and war.
It is because of this that Chimaea has heightened our alert-status. We will not be the first to attack but we will be there when it happens. And we will be there in force, defending our beliefs and our allies, to the last man standing if necessary.
Chimaea entreats the world to turn its back on the ways of GDODAD. In the end, this isn't about democracy or dictatorship; this is about war and peace. It is another matter what your government is like; it is something again to support GDODAD in their madness.
Remember, the fires sparked off in places like the nation of Imperial Forces may just be the ones that burn your own house down.
