-Admiral DuGalle’s Concluding Report-
Tuesday a Cartesiene Empire Science Vessel was detected over demilitarized zone B-1120. It was detected by the Democratic States XRadar; the craft was conducting scientific experimentation with the forming Protostar there, but was fired upon by an unidentified class Warcrusier from the Heytra Tribunal. The Democratic States sent out a Galaxy Class Battlecruiser to intervene with the ongoing battle, but when they reached the site the Cartesiene Vessel had been destroyed. The wreckage was searched but no survivors were found. The Heytra Tribunal has been charged with 51 forms of treaty violation and will be excluded from the frighteningly large and growing mass of Democratic States Star Fleet space zones.
"Something must be done gentlemen, the Cartesiene Empire threatens to leave the treaty and declare war with the Devin System Colonies which cannot sustain an attack. Justice must be served." said Admiral DuGalle before he left for the StarFleet Directors Board Meeting.
THE DEVIN COLONIES
As a man runs to the Devin Colonies Directorate he abruptly stops to see a Cartesiene Freighter dropping supplies on their moon under guard of 2 Planetary Class Defenders, he continues to the Directorate.
"Sir, the Cartesiene's ships are preparing for an attack" said Commander Baunstein
"Mr. Baunstein, where are they preparing for there attack" said Directorate Menskg
"On our Moon Directorate"
