MOROTOPITHICIA DISCOVERS FIRE

The very primitive nation of Morotopithicines after having finally developed a culture and personal ornamentation, have finally discovered fire.
It took them a couple of million years to do it but they have finally harnessed the power of fire. A hot gaseos substance that burns those that try touch it.
Many Morotopithicines have found a use for the new substance as they stick food into it. Saying the food tastes better after the fire has touched it.
Like everything else, Morotopithicines believe fire has a spirit and are devising worship ceremonies to honor the spirit of fire.

hmmm.... Interesting.
You are my personal hero for playing at the lowest tech level possible. Kudos to you.
So, did you string Prometheus up on the side of a mountain for the vultures?
Congratulations.
You're a few million years late, but still, you discovered it! :D
Finally, someone who isn't modern or future! Your the basic, I am proud of ya! Good job!

It's been done. We wish to buy production rights for fire, though.
Fire? What is fire?
Our people are just barely starting to use personal ornamentation. We do not know what this fire is. Is it an animal, a primate?
Is it a human or an Eosimian.
We have culture but we do not have fire. No no. We do not.
We are very scared of those nasty creatures that walk on two legs and call themselves Homo Habilis and Homo Erectus. Fortunately, we are more advanced than they are. We know they are stupid animals cause they cannot make personal ornaments like we can.

We are at the same tech level as Eosimia.
We are still confused by this behavior in the advanced nations called war.
In Aegyptopithicia we have a law that says Aegyptopithicine shall not kill Aegyptopithicine for any reason. But humans like to kill humans.
Very strange they are.

Savages.
Murtruha slung the trailing corner of his brilliant blue shawl back across his shoulder, turned sandled-heel and returned to his ox-cart bound for the distant trading hubs of the Tigris.
Nothing to trade, and no desire for the finer things offerable, too stupid for slave labour or conscription. Why do the gods continue to litter the outlands with these barbarians?
Murtruaha was not one of the empire's most forgiving critical minds, and perhaps it was best that he stuck to swapping cloth for old copper.
..sadly he was set upon by a band of Gershan hassassins long before he would ever have reached the Tigris, and he now decorates a number of otherwise bare trees in the spartan Ralish landscape.
In conclusion, well done with that fire. I can't imagine what you're going to do for the next few thousand years, but I look forward to reading about your struggles with fun creatures such as the giant sloth, or one of those f*** off elephant birds.

OOC: Hey, Moro, mind if the hideously advanced Menelmacari drop by and amaze you with their divine magic? (aka technology?) \^_^/

(pfft. You can't impress everyone with your fancy technobabble. Some of us are astoundingly far ahead.
Get a load of Donid over there.. y'know what he's doing? That's right.. he's just developed a new knott... double!
Oh yeah, you heard right, Medellya just struck two different notes on one musical instrument.

This nation claimed that they amde fire when they just made a communication to the international community!?
"Wow, we stand in awe of your 4ws0m3 tech.
Please contact us in a few hundred thousand years, we should have caught up by then..."
The embissary then teleports back to the diplomatic craft, and slips into slipstream for the journey back to DNS-1, a very, very big spaceship. Big enough to hold 500 million inhabitants.
