Is there a small island or land which for many reasons (ie hippies held, nuclear disaster, etc) is just lying around as worthless unuseable wasteland?

If your answer to the above question is 'Yes', then you my friend is the person who we're looking for.

As it so happens the nation of SteamEarth requires more land for its future Weapons Testing Program.

We'll agree to pay an annual fee for use of the land for the testing of;

Chemical weapons

Toxic waste

bio weapons

Telsa weapons

nuclear

thermo-nuclear

las weapons

ultra nuclear

high explosive

and steam based weapons

Fine, all we need now is the location so that we can spend the next week or so inputting the data into our clockwork computers which control our gravity cannons.

Gravity cannons is what we use to fire our weapons with only 36% chance of hitting the target, that why we said it'll take a week to out work the target area so that we can get the best of the 36%.

By location we mean the death center of the said area.
