Namely, how did it rise, how did it fall? Why is it mocked by some and feared by others? What is the past of this alliance?

They were the ones who instigated WWs4 and 5. Ask some of the older nations here, I am too lazy now to give a description of their long history.
That's a tall order...
Well... it all goes back to WWV and before, about six months RL. It was so long ago I've forgotton a lot of it...

A long time ago, a few pseudorespectable RPers named The Silver Turtle, Steel Butterfly, and The Brotherhood of Nod (among others) thought it would be a really great idea to fight democracy. GDODAD (or Guhdooooooooodad as it is affectionately known) was born, and newbies by the quintillion showed up to join the fight.
Needless to say, any organization with a quintillion nations in it WINS. AUTOMATICALLY. ALL THE TIME. And needless to say, any organization filled with a quintillion newbies THROWS ITS WEIGHT AROUND. ALL THE TIME.
Then a bunch of crap happened and everyone turned on everyone else.
And now they're back.
And the newbies are lining up again.
Repeat.

My allies are actin like they're skitzoprhenic or somethin. I don't honestly remember anything, cuz I was a wittle baby when WW5 was being fought. :P
However, I've heard enough to set myself against the GDODAD. :wink:
