With the rapidly polarizing world situation, Kaukolastan is accelerating the deployment of the experimental "Tesla" Weapons and beginning a massive propaganda/recruitment drive. Bunkers are being dug, silos created, and the many beaches of this nation hardened into a veritable fortress. More Ion Tethers have been launched with Hit to Kill capability, and the control modules have been decentralized. Everyday citizens are being taught to fight with guerilla tactics, Kaukolastan is beginning to deal with a Naval Fleet (though still small and Brown-Water oriented), and the old F-15/16s are being fazed out for the F-23 Black Widow. Airstrips are being contructed and airports converted. The Tesla Power Network is approaching operational status, and rumors speak of a "Project Hades" that is being embarked on.
The Government has no comment to this rapid militarization, other than that "Times are coming when we will be glad that we have fortified." It is speculated that this has to do with the rising world tension surrounding GDODAD.
