1. The occupation will last no longer than a year, which is determined by Steel Butterfly's NS definition of a year.
2. No forces will engage each other unless fired upon.

6. If the leaders of the former nation of Walten break any of these rules, the agreement is void, and a new one, written solely by Steel Butterfly, will be implicated.
