Steel Butterfly News Special Report

"Tonight, rumors of East Walten liberation have been shut down by the government of Steel Butterfly."

"While rumors have been going around that East Walten was indeed given back to the former government of Walten, Emperor Nemerov himself confirmed that naturally these rumors are false and most likely made by Walten's former leader Christopher Walker himself to stir up trouble within the territory. The militaristic government is still in control, and marshall law is still in effect. Thank you for your time."

1. The occupation will last no longer than a year, which is determined by Steel Butterfly's NS definition of a year.
2. No forces will engage each other unless fired upon.
3. No civilians will be harmed.
4. No propaganda supporting either nation will spread in Walten.
5. The former Walten military will not be allowed in East Walten.
6. If the leaders of the former nation of Walten break any of these rules, the agreement is void, and a new one, written solely by Steel Butterfly, will be implicated. This includes but is not limited to, terrorism, pro-Walten propaganda, anti-Steel Butterfly propaganda, feigning civilian casualities, the Walten military being in East Walten, or an attempted overthrow of the military government.

Yes it has, but I haven't even come to that yet. Read the first term...

And remember everyone, Walten, Belem and I signed this contract.

Well I would like to say that the treaty was unfair to begin with. With no set definition of a year, Walten was at the whims of Steel Butterfly. Of course shame on Walten for entering the contract, but we must deal with the contract at hand. Steel, you have been occupying for some time now, maybe u should let Walten have his nation back, for he has been shamed enough, and has learnt his lesson. Maybe, a gesture of good will on your part Steel may help to reconcile some events of the past, and maybe repair this broken freindship, which was one of a kind in this world.

OOC: In RL it's been like 3 days

IC:

"Fair or not, the treaty will stand as it was signed. I do not attempt to repair friendships when the man who you tell me to be friends with wished my death and destruction mere months ago. Currently I'm selling East Walten. Perhaps the original Walten could buy it back...although I'm not sure where he'd get the money."
