Alin snuck up behind the man. Quickly he chanted "Haloren!" and hit the man in the head with the fireball. It sliced the man's spinal cord and Alin crept into the citadel. His crusade against the Necromancer was just beginning, and he would need more than the rudimentary fire spells to defeat the Necromancer. He opened a door to his right and dashed into the room. "Ah, the first scroll," he thought. Upon it was the word "Torin" and an image of a bar of flame coming from a man's palm.
Alin put the scroll inside his thin cotton robe and silently moved up the Hall of the Scrolls, avoiding the guards in this most sacred of castles.
