In the most recent UN report Iesus Christi is ranked 1st in the region and 105th in the world for Lowest Crime Rates, Minister of police Jack Jasmine had the following to say...
"Crime is unpossible in Iesus Christi! crime is in disarray! the people are happy and nice and (dramatic pause) never would want to break the law of God! the people know baby Jesus cries when they break the law! who would want to make baby Jesus cry? me! you! eh! you! No I dont and neither should you! we are in control, we are winning!"

I fail to see how one could formulate such a theory from the limited amount of information provided. Perhaps you are simply biased against people who have successfully fought crime? I will remind you that brutality does not nessessarily reduce crime, and since my crime is very low, I must be doing something right. Maybe you should actually ask what I do, instead of simply insinuating that I am somehow a brute by virtue of simply being crime free.
