Azashim thumped his tail on the ground to restore order. With a hoarse voice, Azashim spoke.

We dragons, do not kill other dragons, for it is under the Oath of Preservation instituted 500,000 years ago that we have resolved to become the peaceable creatures we are... Every dragon alive 500,000 years ago and born from than to now have taken this oath.

There is only one punishment for anyone breaking of this oath. That is exile into the Timeless Realms. The Timeless Realms is extremely similar to the purgatory envisioned by the Christians. Yet, there is no hope of repentance.

"Then this Timeless Realms it is." Vercinorax then raised his voice. "Sarinoth! You have now heard the sentence passed against you. You are to be exiled to the Timeless Realms for life. Dragons, bind him!"
The dragons bound his wings in special chains. A secondary punishment that will soon be implemented among the Core Dragons for breaking minor laws, the Binding of the Wings will be quite harsh, as flight is one of a dragon's main strength, but it won't hurt. Remove that strength and it will be like removing the right to vote or solitary confinement for humans.

"Azashim, you may take him to wherever this realm is."

OOC: You'll have to bind the Core Dragons under this oath as well, so as to become more sociable creatures than ever before.

Azashim stood and glared at Sarinoth.

Your life is now over... You will suffer for your crimes in the Timeless Realms, were you will never find relief and salvation.

Roaring, Azashim walked slowly towards Sarinoth.

Be thankful that I won't send you to the Damned Lands...

Outside of the cave, three Storm Dragon Mages hearing the roar, walked into the cave and began to draw a ritual circle...

(OOC: Coreworlds, if you read my previous post, Azashim said that since 500,000 years ago, the Oath was taken by every single dragon...)

OOC: Thank you!

IC:
The King remembered the Pledge. The Oath that was passed down from his own ancestors (He's only 2,000). He remembered the war. Silently, he thought. Never again...will one of our species kill another of our species. The Oath is Law, even here.
Now, the Core Dragons will see for themselves, the punishment for breaking the Oath. And so will the humans that gathered, for it is very enlightening to the humans.

OOC:
Carry on with the spell, if you please.

After drawing the ritual circle, the three Dragon Mages drew a triangle around the circle. The three Dragon Mages walked to Azashim the Seer and bowed with deep respect.

These three are the Dragon Mages, Azakala, Elkion, and Quo... They will banish this unworthy fool to where he belongs... Let the punishment match the offense...

Sarinoth was herded to the center of the ritual circle and triangle. Standing at each corner of the triangle, the three Dragon Mages began to weave a spell.

Azakala began to chant.

Oh worthy ancestors, this one has broken the Oath of Preservation... The holy oath taken at his birth never to kill the fellow members of his species... He is unworthy of life upon this world.

Azakala stopped and Elkion took up the chant.

This creature, this savage is unworthy of life upon this hallowed ground. The ground stained by the blood and lives of our ancestors... His unrepetenance shall be punished today...

Elkion stopped and Quo began to chant.

Today, he will be punished for the crimes he has committed against his own kind. Crimes, unworthy of being a dragon... Banish this savage to the Timeless Realms to face punishment for his sins.

When Quo stopped, the ritual circle and triangle became awash in a glow of ethereal light. After lasting for five seconds, the light vanished and along with it Sarinoth.

Azashim shook his head...

It was finished. The dragon was punished. No longer will he poison the minds of dragons with the evil talk. No more, will he be. He has been...forgotten.

OOC: Sorry for not posting been bust gettng my classes set for the second semester.

IC: James shudderd at seeing the light. From what were Derths memories he had a good understanding of what the timeless realm was. I wonder if I have to take th eoah they mentioned? Derth had taken the oath back before athens had any notion of Demoracy.

WHAT!?! what is this dimension. The Realm of ludicrist? what PACT? The Wyrm must be sent to the bottomless Pits of the Nine Hells. Justice is the only true form of peace.

<mumbles to James> bloody human judicial systems.
