Government:Zerni has a extremely small extremely probusiness government, that nearly never interferes with the economy or passes regulations effecting business and has very little to nothing in the way of income tax.

Ruler: Emperor Mishimi. The heretary ruler of Zerni, high priest of the Zerni's Shinto Reglion, surpime Shogun of Zerni a few other titles, he is also the richest man in Zerni and one of the richest men in the world.
Governmential Agencies:The Imperal Commerce minstry, The Minstry of Law & Order, the Minstry of the postal service and the Imperal Minstry for Educational standards.

Miltary: The Zerni government traditionally do not update their miltary very often other than their navy which is among the most high tech in the world. The rest of their miltary is not so high tech,. 100 P-40s make up the Airforce and the active Imperal Army conists of 20 worldwar one tanks, 20,000 riflemen armed with springfield rifles with bayonets, 200,000 footmen weilding glaves, spears and other weapons and 75,000 Samurai and 50 American civil war Era field Artillery peices. Outside of keeping an powerful high tech navy at sea and in sea, the Zerni don't bother much with updating their miltary might. They prefer to make themselvs as rich as pausable.

Culture:Zerni, are culturely closely related to the japanese with some differences of their own, they are reglious predominitalty Shinto and belive that their emperor is decended from their sun goddess. Generally outside loyality to the emperor, family and personal honor, the Zerni are primarly intrested in making money and are extremly corporate minded.

Society: Zerni Society is dominated partly by the noblity and mainly by mega corporations.

Economy: The Zerni take a free market approach to their economy and the government takes a hands off approach to the economy not even enacting protective tariffs or any regulations on businesses. The Economy is dominated by the Native Jereni, Dorni, Yornt, Hernix, and Tegi Mega Corporations and the Foreign Mega Corporations of Geran Corp, Resi Corp, Wuzzonoa Corp and Mishima Conglomera Corp as well as a host of small mom and pop businesses, small independent shops, small farms, independent fishing villages and warfs.

Miltary: Zerni traditionally do not update their miltary very often. :shock: Wow, talk about not updating your miltary and here you got Corporations in your land creating biological creatures, building mecha, androids and other high tech stuff.

Emperor Mishimi has by Imperal decree ordered a modernizing of the Zerni Miltary and the police force, some of which hasn't been modernized since the middle ages or World War II, saying its a shame that the Corporations have much more advanced forces than the countries own miltary. The Emperor is now looking for weapons, ships, planes and other equipment to upgrade the miltary which now currently consists of a navy of One Spanish American war era battleship, three preworld war II Cruisers, 6 world war one destroyers, 9 preworld World war I frigates, 12 American revolution era Patrol corvettes and 20 World war two PT boats;An Air Force of 100 P-40s; and the Imperal Army concists of 20 worldwar one tanks, 20,000 riflemen armed with springfield rifles and with bayonets, 500,000 footmen weilding glaves, spears, swords and bows and 250,000 Samurai and 750 American civil war Era field Artillery peices.

:shock: Wow, you really don't upgrade your miltary very much. That has to be the most outdated miltary I have every seen expecally for an ultra modern/Future earth nation with so many futurisic high tech corporations foreign based and domisitic based Mega Corporations operating in it.

So, we haven't had a war, an civil war or anything worse than the nobles or corporations fighting amoung themselves since the 1500s. We don't have any enemies so we didn't really need to have the miltary be upgraded.
