Reporter:"Just recently a report came that a Wohlstand Civilian Spacecraft, from Wohlstand Spacelines crashed into Heliotis in Seocc. 22 people were aboard, and from contact from the captain of the plane 10 people are alive. Wohlstand Officials plan to send a rescue team if permitable, from the Wohlstand Elite Rescue Forces. The plan involves using a Red Hawk Spacecraft, capable of carrying 20 total people. More is yet to be released. Stay tune please. Anthony Moss says hold on tight, and don't worry."

No armed foreign personel will be permitted to enter Heliotis. Our own emergency medical teams have already been sent to the site, along with a Hazmat unit. Any survivors will be treated in Heliotis and returned home as soon as is safe to do so; any bodies recovered will be returned as soon as possible.

And Heliotis is not in SeOCC. You'll notice, if you look at a map of Aperin, that Heliotis is many times larger than SeOCC, and so could not fit in SeOCC even if we wanted to.

Biotopia offers assistance to either parties in facilitating critical medical attention, the landing may have caused commonly terminal trauma, especially considering the high speeds and damage done on impact, perhaps slightly, um, more 'advanced' medical tools should be used before attempting to eject the survivors [and corpses] back into space. Biotopia can also play a neutral recovery ground should an investigation follow.

That will be agreed then, send in your EMS/Hazmat, and please attempt to bring my people back safely.
