OOC: I'm not an all vampire nation, but I do have vampires in my nation that are regarded as normal citizens. your wellcome to RP with me in my threads once they get started up again
I have a vmapire character, but no I am not a vampire nation. My real nation (Velmora) has not really heard of vampires. I use this profile because Kain used to be nothing to do with Velmora anymore, but now he is getting back into it etc.

Note that there are also quite a lot of anti-vampire nations. I'm sure they'd be delighted to RP with you. :P
