I am New at Nsation States and i was wondering if it was possible to buy weapons or if we just make it up and all of that. Please respond if you have the answer.

You can buy weapons, but be aware of how much money you can spend (economy and size both play in). Also, attempting to buy nukes will get you nuked, invariably.
You can also research you weapons. Be aware of money constraints here, too. Simply arrange funding, layout concept, detail timeline (1 day in real life = 1 month in Nation States is a good formula), and RP the developement of your research.
Mind you: You can't jump from AKs to Lasers!
