After the death of the current dictator Nightshade Carrin the Xanthalian government will be undergoing a substantial change from it's traditional setup. At that time, the following will take place:
-The position of Dictator will no longer exist in the government.
-The power in the government will be shifted to two new groups.
--The Senate will contain a representative from every Xanthalian planet.
--The Council will contain a representative from each Xanthalian ministry.
-Decisions of national and international importance will be put through both the Senate and the Council for passage.
-The Senate will be publicly elected, the Council will be elected by employees of the ministries which they are to represent.

I'm sending Robert Rempel, a High delegate in our government to meet the drafted men, and/or women, as we are allies with Xanthal.

OOC:why do you have to do this when I'm supposed to be in school, doing work????

The Council members have already been selected. The Senate is to be elected in one month once all those who wish to announce their candidacy.
