Plotline, a group of allied nations creates an ingenious AI called the Chaos Computer. it uses Chaos theory to predict what will happen in the future. In this case, it depicts that an otherwise passive nation will unleash a pandemic that humanity will stand no chance against.
The allies will, move to destroy the nation before it happens, but this apparently unwarranted act of genocide will rally other nations to it's side to defend it.
