Lord Yortibur Erangis was recently appointed trade ambassador in The Underground City. He gave this speech to a collection of lords:
"I have had many experiences of dealing in weapons, slaves and magickal artifacts in my two-hundred years living here in The Underground City. With the government trade run by me, we will be sure to see a profit."Most of all, I can guarantee good influx of slaves, which the government will then be able to sell to private owners at low price."
Yortibur took a sip of blood from his glass and sat down, ready to answer questions.
