The only way you could ever possibly gai nwrold domination is by god-modding or getting hlaf of NS as your allies. The first one is very likely the econd one is extremely unlikely.
My one suggestion? Wait until you know you can do it before you try. At the minute, any armed force you deploy would be outnumbered and crushed by the defending armies, and any technology you have would be supercceded by at least one other nation, to the extent that adequate defenses will be set up.
In short, it wouldn't work now, but try in a couple of months' time if you're really desperate to give it a go.
