I'll let the new guy explain in greater detail if he wishes, but basically, it's a tremendously engineered state where children are bred from birth to do exactly what they will do for the rest of their life. All children are raised in laboratories, and their zygotes and infants are specially treated to perform very specific tasks.
Of course, there's much, much more to it than that (in particular the use of drugs as a method of control and promiscuous sex), but I'm too busy to explain it all. It's a damn good read anyway, one of my favourite books EVAR.
Cool, alright then. I would have thought it pretty hard to rp this and keep this high standard up. You have a lot to live up to me thinks.
