OOC: I would like you to just like donate some higher grade military arsenal, preferrably dating back at most 3 years. I must save money to make ends meet.
IC: The Matsue Council hereby establishes the Arsenal Donation Centre. To participate in the ADC is simple. All we ask is that you be generous in donations, but not necessarily too generous, only to a point that would help us out a bit. We understand that not everything can be solved diplomatically, and that when war comes, we need be ready. Your support is appreciated. We will also raise money, and military transactions will be held off forum. Thank you again.
