Trixia Look To The Stars... (Story-Read and comment plz)
Hi Everyone! Right, well like most nations i'm sure, i want my own star destroyers :D but you see i'm not really even in space yet so i thought i'd make it into a lovely RP of trixia space evolution ending in a operational TSD (Trixian Class Star Destroyer).

So we start with, the beginning, as most stories do.
On the very first Trixian space shuttle. Four daring Trixonauts sat in their little cockpit

The Engines set off, as the liquids combined and the reactions set about their ireversble events. Three of the Trixonauts sat with their eyes shut, terrified. But Blake, our Hero in this saga, sat looking straight up at the stars.
In a coupla seconds. I'll be up there...
Then as the rocket took of. All thoughts left Blakes head. Leaving only two words screaming from his mouth...
"Oh Shi......."

Well i'm going to start writtin this story Rp again, to put some more life into it, but as i have tried to twice so far, and when posting i have lost the text and had no way to get it back, i'll wait till the frustration works it wat out of my system before attempt #3 :wink:

The Vessel broke out into space, letting the Trixonauts see space in all its empty glory...
"Bit plain isn't it...?"
"Brent! its a marvel! We're in space!"
"Yeah yeah i know but i thought, you know, they'd by Star Detroyers or something up here, it ruddy empty..."
"Well, we've got lots of exploring to do yet Brent, who knows what we'll find. I better report back to Trixston (Trixia's version of Euston, clever eh? :wink: ) "
"Trixston, this is Trixian Exploration Vessel Imperial Dream, we are reporting a successful launch, we made it with you and the whole world watching!!"

"Trixston?"
"................................."
"TRIXSTON?!?"
".......wha? yeah we're here....."
"Where were you?"
"When?"
"Just then?"
"Oh, asleep..."
"ASLEEP!?"
"Well we were all tired after working to hard, we all took a nap after starting the countdown"
"Oh, thats ok then.."
"It is? Thats good to hea....."
"NO IT IS NOT OK!! We launched into goddamn SPACE and you wern't looking out for us!?"
"Erm... no"
"Didn't it occur to you that we may have needed you help to right a wrong that could have killed us?"
"Come to think of it... nah"
I cannot believe it... Trixston is a absolute bunch of prats
"Well at least it was caught on camera for the nation to see... right?"
"Actually we may have.. forgotten to tell them it was today.."
"Oh my god!! This is a shambles!"
"Well your there now, so just shut up and start exploring!"
"Ok then..."
And with that, the Trixian Exploration Vessel, Imperial Dream, went on its voyage where no trixian had been before, well except Fido, a trixian dog testing the ships launch, which ironically was more covered on the news than this mishap of a mission....

Blake had to admit, Brent had a point, they had been 'exploring' for 3 days now with nothing but black space and really easy superman impressions to show for it. They had to find something...soon...

[OOC: Good luck with this :P I just hope you know that it will take centuries (4-8) for your space program to get to the level of star destroyers. Luckily in RP, you can fast foward...but you'll be playing with a whole new group of people then. Personally, I love the fact that you're taking the time needed to go into space.]

Thanks :D But i think i will 'fast-trak' it now and then, but i feel it'd be good RP for me, i havn't done a 'story RP' before, y'know, on my own, so it'll be good :wink:
