Vancouver faces a tough decision

With the recent fall of the ruling Envirocommunist Coalition that had ruled Vancouver for over five years in the latest electoral ballot, the new YuppieLibertarians are handed a country faced with a state-owned, state-controlled economy where literally everyone is employed by the government, 100% of them, and everything is free, but noone gets paid. The result being is that anyone can have anything on a first come first serve basis. Bizarrely enough this seems to work.

The YuppieLibertarians want to turn this around. "It's simply outrageous that a doctor and a pizza delivery boy can both drive around in Ferraris! It's utterly ruined the entire concept of snobbery!" Outlining a 5 year plan, newly elected Howard Fieldman intends to completely reverse the situation. "By the time we're done, there won't be a cent of your earnings going to the government!" Not everyone is thrilled with the situation.

"They say it'll make things so much better, but I get everything for free now anyways, who cares if I get paid if I now need to buy things?" grumbles longtime EC supporter Mike Hand. "They want to bring back class differences."

YL supporters dissagree. "Do you have any idea how corrupt and nepotistic the system is? I mean sure they say there are checks and balances, but it's so easy to show favoritism! Pheugh!"
