We are interested in selling human slaves of varying degrees of quality. We would be willing to trade you items worked with blood magic if you could specify needs, in exchange for magical items or knowledge we do not have.
Also, we would like to buy military equipment, particularly air defense, armor, infantry support equipment and communications equipment.
We have raw materials for sale such a lumber, furs, agricultural goods and coal.

We are interested in purchasing human slaves suitable for manual labour. Could you please provide some examples of blood magic items, explaining their purpose and how they are used. We have a wide range of magickal artifacts, ranging from tomes of curses to sacrificial knives used to open portals between the realms.

You may be interested in the following military equipment:

Magma cannon - crude but brutally effective against ground and air targets.

Infernal plate armour - this is some of the toughest armour that can be found, however it is also very heavy. If that is a problem, we have lighter forms of armour.

Imp slaves - bound to servitude, these small winged daemons have (a little) magickal power and may cater for your communications requirements.

Please explain what you would like in the form of infantry support.

Human slaves for labour we can easily provide. Specify the kind of labour and we can provide that too!
As for blood magic:
Essentially, blood can transform, alter and mutate. We use blood magic--or as more modern young Wamphyri would describe it biotechnology to shape things, from the gas-beasts that provide our heating and light to war beasts to even furniture and clothing. The most awe inspiring use of this is to create living weaponry.
We are curious about what kinds of enemies you have and what concerns your nation has.
Also, am I a sufficiently important person to sign this treaty, or would you like Lord Unwyrm himself to meet with you?

Fortunately, we are not officially enemies with any nations at the time being, but daemons often find themselves threatened by both other daemons and by "the forces of light", or whatever they call themselves these decades.
It was the worry of attack which prompted our relocation to Niogoul Maeromirpli, where an unholy barrier protects us from all but those with the most powerful daemonic magicks.

We are very interested in the 'living weaponry' you mention. Can you give an example?

As for whether you are sufficiently important, I believe that is a matter for you state to deal with. As Supreme Dictator of The Underground City, I would prefer to speak to the highest ranking official in your nation.

An example? The Wamphyri war gauntlet fits neatly over the preferred combat hand, and is seemingly just a gauntlet of metal, leather and spikes, hooks and talons. However, it is actually made of living material that is fed by the Wamphyr's blood--thus it can actually respond , the hooks moving to clasp and so on.

I respect your wishes of course regarding the meeting; Lord Unwyrm himself, the Highest of our Council, will meet with you. The time and place he offers to you.
