IC: President Rae is preparing his necessary speech to all delegates for the MUA (Matsue United Alliance). He is urgently waiting for the telephone call from his delegates.

"Where is International Affairs? We need them here right now!"

The President proceeds to call International Affairs chairman Dennis Ryan. Some conversation is exchanged, proceeding with the slamming open of the doors.

"Finally! Where the hell where you?"

"Waiting on your signal."

"Are we ready for the delegates to appear?"

"Yes."

Rae gets his papers in order, ready for the delegates. 'International Affairs, Department of Multinational Aid, Prime Minister, President, Security Council and head off Security, we are set.'

Anya Montgomery steps from her plane, her heels clicking on the platform as she walks down the ramp. She brushes her short red hair briefly and adjusts her suit. Two attendants walk behind her, eyes taking in the airport. Anya looks around for her car to the meeting.

The Official Mercedes Limousine is seen but a few steps from Anya. The door opens, signaling that they are ready to proceed.

OOC: Don't cross the road, the car is British-style, and you only have to walk down a few steps along the side. It is a black limo.

Anya and her attendants climb into the limo. They settle in with business faces on. Anya comments off-handedly. "I hope this meeting goes well. The parties of genuine economic democracy are small and weak in this world. I predict good things from this alliance."

The Council Office draws nearer. Back at the rendezvous, more Mercedes Limos have pulled up, awaiting delegates. The Council Office is a large building, with elegant interiors. The President is awaiting anxiously, hoping that the meeting goes as planned.

Anthony Moss:"Hessinger, I am sending you to a meeting of Democratic Socialists, and seeing how much people skills you have, you are perfect for the job"

Alexei Hessinger:"Alright, I suppose I will arrive there via Red Hawk?"

Anthony Moss:"That is correct. Just don't cause trouble, and look for potential allies."

Alexei Hessinger:"Alright. Be back in a week or 2, or something maybe sooner."

*Hessinger walks out the door and to the Red Hawk launch pad near the Capital Building. He steps into the Red Hawk, ordering the pilot where to go. In a matter of moments, they are over the horizon, and off to Terra Matsu*

The limousine pulled to a halt in front of Terra Matsu's council office. As the ebony doors opened, a pair of dark suited bodyguards stepped from the vehicle first, their eyes scanning the sidewalk. Having satisfied themselves, the guard turned away from the vehicle, allowing a young man in an expensive suit to climb out of the car. Straightening his clothes and grabbing his attache case, Choi Min Kyong strolled towards the large entrance, flanked by the two bodyguards. He smiled to himself as he walked. It hadn't been easy convincing the foreign ministry that he was ready for his first overseas assignment, but here he was, about to participate in a conference that would gain South Dalania an important new ally and make or break his diplomatic career.

His future in diplomacy depended on his performance here. Taking a deep breath, he stepped forward into the building...

Welcome Hessinger. Your Mercedes awaits. And you should look less intimidating (Secretary of Defence)!!!

Welcome, Choi Min Kyong. We are honoured by your prescence. Welcome to the Alliance Council. You may enjoy yourself for a few moments, before the Presentation. Please, do continue!

*Hessinger steps out of his Red Hawk, and walks into the Mercedes, 2 Wohlstand Elites also with him as escorts and what not, however they are unarmed, but still can defend him*

"Thank you for the ride, I don't think landing in a military aircraft for a meeting is a good sign"

Ms. Montgomery's Mercedes pulls is seen in the short distance. The Ambassador awaits her arrival.

Security Chief Che's'yan Mez'zu're is riding in that Mercedes, and begins briefing Hessinger.

"It should not be of concern that you arrived in military craft. The Council had approved prior to your arrival, and our Citisens were well aware that Un-Hostile Military were arriving. You are about to enter the meeting. You shall present yourself, as will we, and then, if you do not mind, we will have the International Aid Oath."

OOC: Please note that every Matsue Dolera is worth 5 U.S. Dollars. Please take the appropriate conversions if you are not familiar with U.S. money.

"...and it's an honor to have met you," smiled Min Kyong as he bowed low to President Rae. Turning away in order to let the Terra Matsu president greet the next foreign delegate, he took a seat on a leather couch, leaning back in order to snatch some rest before the conference began. As his mind began to wander, it was torn back to reality by the ringing of his cell phone.

"Hello?"

"Min Kyong? How's the conference going?"

"Ah! Direction Sung! Ahhh...well, we haven't started yet."

"Don't forget, Min, you're representing South Dalania. If you screw this up...." The director hung up, but his message was clearly evident. With a sigh, the young diplomat leaned forward and hung his head.

"Thanks for the encouragement boss," he muttered with more than a little sarcasm in his voice as he waited for the summit to begin.

"I am perfectly fine with this. Should not be of trouble, for I was ruler of Wohlstand in Moss's abscence."

OOC: I hope this meeting goes accordingly. This is Matuse's first diplomatic situation (not saying it is bad, unless it means that, then oops). We hope that we do not mess it up ourselves.

IC: Enjoy yourselves to our food and drink! The processions will begin after everyone is clear. These meetings will occur every other Tuesday unless changed at a later date, but you will be on my side of the large desk-like structure, rather than on the applying end. Thank you for coming.

It is very late, and we shall retire to each's quarters for the night. We expect you present by around the time I wake up, which I will bump it appropriately. Otherwise, this meeting will be called a shambles, a bad first diplomatic ending.

Anya gets out and nods to all present, heading accordingly to her quarters. "I will see you all in the morning."

"And these will be your quarters..." gestured the attendant as he showed the young diplomat the rather plush hotel room. "I hope you will find them comfortable," spoke the attendant as he left the room, closing the door behind him.

Min Kyong grinned to himself.

"Being a diplomat does have its perks after all."

Being a diplomat is one of the finer things in life, especially when we pay!

This is an official bump. Shall we proceed?

Shaved, showered and dressed, Min Kyong sat in the assembled conference room along with his fellow national delegates. Looking towards President Rae of Terra Matsu, he waited for the conference to begin.

We have two more delegates presently identified. It is only right we wait, this being in wait of two.
