Emperor Mishimi was bored, after a while the ruthlessness of the Zerni Free market became boring with its sabotage, fire bombings, corporate military assaults on each other, assassinations, hacking, viruses, kidnappings and other commonplace events of competing in Zerni's Free market. That wouldn't be so bad but his government so small, there was a military, police force, fire force, postal service, an national Academy, a few ministries, a few other things and that was about it. He thought about it then began to chuckle as an Idea came into his head, yes that would be most entertaining.

We implore, please do not strip those fat midgets and make them do "The Hustle" on national TV. Please!

Emperor Mishimi began his press confrence. "First annoucement I have is that I am looking for a someone to be my Emperess, two I am opening bids for some new warships for the Zerni navy, mainly Destroyers, Frigates, corvettes and deep and coastal patrol craft."

A pretty dark haired girl for a regional CNN station raised her hand. "Maria Babeni, CNN Solarius, your Majesty. Will you be interested in any woman of suitable rank? What if she's nocturnal and drinks blood?"

Emperor Mishimi replied. "Well anyone chosen to be my Emperess has to able to bear an Imperal Heir."

OOC: I think you mean 'bear' otherwise anyone could do it, lol.

Emperor Mishimi spoke again before anyone could reply. "Also we are looking for the best destroyers, frigates, Corvettes and patrolboats we can buy."

I also look for new wives when I am bored. But usually I just make up some useless and arbitrary law or execute some dissidents. That always cheers me up! Oh ho ho!

Well in Zerni, just about everthing but mind altering drugs are legal and Corporations dominate daily life, we don't even have income tax in Zerni.

Bah its the only thing just about that is techicanlly illegal, after all the Corporations and companies do not like their workers drugged up. Of course anything is legal unoffically at the right price.

Well for warships at the range you want, I would say Haruna Class Guided-missile Destroyers, Minegumo Class Destroyers, Shirone Class Destroyers, Chikugo Class Frigates and Yubari Class Guided-missile Frigates; don't know about Corvettes or patrol boats however and good luck on finding a future emperess.
