Greetings fellow citizens of the Galaxy, this is president Durash IV, speaking to any who hear.
As you may have heard, we recently achieved FTL travel with the aid of a derilict Drednaught, recently recristened Startide, and we wish to find the original owners of the ship, if they still exist, and thank them for aiding us in our reach to the stars.
The ship appaers to be battle damaged, with large holes in its aft engine area, a few missile batteries we found, but they had no ammunition, and all of the fighters had been launched. A few shuttles remained in the bay, but they were disfigured and damaged beyond any usefulness, they have been melted down and are going to be intergrated into our orbital shipyard.
All nations who wish to aid us, or simply inspect the ship and any artifacts on it, are welcome, our systems coordinates follow:

Was there any English, Russian or German writing on the hull? Also, is the hull a yellow color or a blue and white mix?

NSO-929 Dreadnought class Corvette

The NSO-929 is now the most successful medium-sized military vessel in active service. Despite the age of the design, and competition from both larger and faster ships, the modest operating cost and high reliability of the '929 mean that there are now some 194 vessels in active service. Armed with two Particle Beam Cannons (PBCs), mounted on the port and starboard weapons pylons, and two missle magazines, again on the port and starboard pylons, it can handle almost anything thrown at it. Defended by two standard Displacement shields it has the ability to take a beating, then blow the hell out of you. Crewed by a crew of 45 (with the ability of carrying up to 4 more) it can bring Cruiser class power to bear upon enemies, with minimal cost or risk. As an added bonus the bridge is capable of detatchment and independant flight, as well as the ability to dock with different Dreadnoughts and control them.

If so, we demand its immediete return and the return of all technology that you might have gained from it. If they are not delivered to us immedietly we shall exact our revenge.
