Lady Amena smiled softly, looking over the pristine countryside from her small countryhouse before turning and gliding towards her transport car. "I have to be at the landing field in an hour to greet the new ambassador." She says off-handedly to her attendant. She brushes her hair behind an elegantly pointed ear before stepping into the hover vehicle. "I hope this goes well."

OOC: you said space nation? I assume a different planet then? In that case this thing also takes place in 'the future' where I have space capablities. Which planet?

Kinda important for how I'll let Ambassador Elrond Inglorion arrive...

OOC: Pyrtania is the planet and the nation. It doesn't take up the whole thing, obviously, but the surface is otherwise uninhabited.

Pyrtania orbit

The Knootian Ambassador-class starship KDF Pasteur entered orbit around the planet Pyrtania. Some of the crew stood in the mess hall admiring the sight of the newly 'discovered' planet. The Pasteur was still amongst the forefront of the first Knootian explorers, a bold new generation that had reached for the stars.

After the usual hailing procedures a small craft came out of the starships shuttlebay. The craft was carrying Ambassador Elrond Inglorion, an old Elvish man who had significant experience in human/elvish relations back on earth. For an elf, he was reasonably diplomatic as the years had tought him tolerance.

While the humans may be foolish in many respects, they are a rising power. It would be foolish to ignore that., he often pondered. And while Knootoss consisted mostly of humans they were wise enough to treat everyone equally. A rare occurence in the troubled NS world.

The shuttle touched down on the landing field and Ambassador Inglorion got out and set foot on this new world...
