This region is a Free Region do not move here if you are a Dictatorship. If your not in the U.N. your welcome if your in the U.N. your welcome to this region also. All issues will be settled by vote and the Delegate will act as Prsident meaning he or she will have total control over the region. But this is a democracy so all issues such as booting a nation must be voted on before delegate can take action etc. Elections will be held once every week and then and only then will any nation be allowed to endorse a nation. If anyone endorses someone before election day they will be promply booted. Notices about elections will be posted 3 days in advance and elections will last 2 days and the other 3 days of the week will be for debeats by the people trying to gain Delegate(President)

What about my nation? I have more civil rights than most democracies, just I have a benevolent empire.
