The Awans have gartheed up the south west of Microbrits and are leading towards the Capital Albion. The South west includes the shopping plazas and Main Industries in Microbrits

The Leader is ready for a full-scale Civil war and saying of the Awan " We needs to stop them"

Have you considered sending in the military to put an end to it? Better yet, arrest both leaders and deal with the two groups like that. Make them have a reason to pursue the diplomatic path.
