For many NS years Civil Disobedients has tried almost frantically, but vainly to enlighten the earth.

With such projects as "The Anarchist Alliance" and many smaller alliances with regions of similar mentality we have tried to bring the basic ideals of equality, diversity, free association, democracy and mutual aid to the people, in a desperate struggle to diffuse the ever spiraling arms race that is nought but a ticking bomb, which will one day spell the destruction of the earth.

In despair and desperation, we decree that we will take the first step, into a more enlightened world, as i speak accross the international community, on every channel and radio station, accross the internet, our military forces, from the last side arm, to every tank, jet and submarine are being destroyed and disbanded.

We pray that in time, other nations will join us, before it is too late.

There is little time, please, it doesn't matter who you might be, new, old, anarchistic, tyrannic lets all just share together in the future.

Let's choose freedom above our own destruction.

All i can say in true response, is that we have no military, we are destroying it, but i would still like to see 15,000 soldiers set down 800,000,000 citizens, but although these offers of military aid are appreciated (even if its just because you want a piece of ragnorak) you must understand, that if we accepted this offer it would be against the very thing we are standing up against.

The Empire of The Eternal Dawn, which shares similar goals to The Greatly Respected nation of Civil Disobediants, hereby pledges its eternal support to the goals of that nation.

Therefore, any attack or impediment to the sovereign rights of CD will be considered as important and as meriting of a response as an attack or impediment to the sovereign rights of the Empire; we pledge to protect CD, if necessary, to preserve their lofty goals and the symbolism of their willingness to take this step.

Of course, we will also pledge with all our honour to be certain that, should the need arise to defend CD, we will not and shall not use lethal arms in any way, shape, or form, unless any potential conflict carries risk to the Empire itself.

Civil Disobedience - you have succeeded in convincing poor misguided fools to pick up the tab for your defence. Of course, your citizens are STILL shielded by the threat of force, so there's been no actual change morally.

The Dominion will NOT be disbanding its Armed Forces - although we will be sending observers to assess the non-lethal weapons and tactics used by Ma-Tek. It's not that I intend to equip the entire of our Armed Forces this way, it's just that having a wider range of options for response is desirable.

Oh, one last thing. Any assets, reserves, properties and businesses in any of the Dominions lands which are part or wholly owned by citizens of the Civil Disobedients have now been seized by the crown. All ships in our National Waters will be seized and added to our Merchant Marine. Nobody can take from you by force that which you value highest - but there are a lot of lesser toys, trinkets and baubles which belong only to those with the will to defend them.

The Imperial Defense Forces, the noble and valiant defenders of the Paradise that is the Empire of the Eternal Dawn, has been largely based in non-lethal doctrine since its inception at the birth of the Empire. 'Tis not a new developement; we are merely encouraging others to follow our noble example.

This topic do bring great questions -- how will the disarmament of Civil Disobedients affect the actual stability of the world? Or even, how it will affect the morale of citizens, especially the ones who are more sensitive to international incidents?

While we applaud Civil Disobedients' willingness for world peace and stabilization, we also do not see it as completely in the "safe zone" to disarm all means of defence. Instead, the Empire of the Eternal Dawn do raise an amazing concept that ensures minimual death and destruction while stopping the enemies "at bay": non-lethal tactics, and arms doctrine. While Omzian Democratic [Federal] Republic's Armed Forces are stil composed of the traditional munitions, we too, are beginning to employ various concepts of "non-lethal" weaponeries and electric warfare. Nontherless, incase of an invasion of CD, non-lethal ways can disrupt the enemies' capabilities to attack y harming their communications and logistics greatly. This has proven in previous combat.

Although Omzian Demcoratic Republic is in a state of war right now with other invaders, we do have a desire of aiding CD non-militarily in future times incase of a war is declared upon this completely disarmed state.

Our citizens are truly embracing this new dawning of enlightenment within Civil Disobedients' for, now all the money we spent on keeping a massive military armed, trained, paid is now being pumped into our economy, our education and our health. Business is flourishing, universities and places of education ring with the debate of long forgotten theories, the arts are truly being re-embraced as Civil Disobedients' enters a renaissance. Our philosophers, artists, writers are now receiving government funding.

We embrace this time, as Civil Disobedients' enters a truly democratic system, we are verging on the dawn of a golden age of enlightenment.

Violence breaks out on the streets of Civil Disobedients' today, citizens have seized areas of the capital and are calling themselves the new order of Civi.

They are requesting arms dealers of the international community to arm them in their quest for creating a new international force to defend CD. The government's stance remains solemnly to their cause of peace, early predictions see that the government will be unable to set down this coup as they still refuse force, the angry protestors are expected to clash with supporters of peace in the streets of Civi during the day.

Is this the face of world peace?
