The listening post had the Aleosian ship on scans a Eldar Vessel of emmense size alone vauerable

"Is that what I think it is?" said Capt Mckenzie
"Its them alright siluoette confirms it Eldar Vessel Aleosian design" replied the comm's cheif
"Launch single prowler see what they want if their not here on business then tell them to F**k off" replied Mckenzie

A single Prowler fighter left the Gammut base and swooped in on the seemingly dead Aleosian vessel

"This is prowler 2 here the vessel seems dead adrift sir shall we tow her in?" radioed the pilot
"Negative dont know if its a trap the first fleet is moblised and knows our situation over" replied Mckenzie

"Just wish I knew why it was there!" said Mckenzie to himself

By the middle of the day a science crew had jumped in from homeworld led by Dr N they marvelled over the find moored outside the Gammut base

"Specatcular are there any survivors?" said Dr N rubbing his hands in glee
"No sir we found three of their warriors on board other than that it looked like they suffered a hull breach and suffocated to death" replied Mckenzie
"Fascinating do you mind if I go aboard?" replied Dr N
"Not at all be my guest" replied Mckenzie
He clicked his fingers and two Peacekeeper marines ran over the loaded their carbines and accompanied Dr N onto the vessel he ran a Vid feed to the Science Vessel outside that had two Hyperions as escorts

Later that same day a simple message is dispatched, from an unknown source.

'This is the Farseer Council of Tor Yvresse, you will turn over the Vessel in your hands, to either ourselves or the Aelosian peoples. Mon-Keigh you are granted but One hour to send an acknowledgement of this message to Mars, or suffer the Consquences. The Technology of my Peoples WILL not be touched... Mon-Keigh shall not be allowed to take what does not belong to them.'

First. We don't recognize an Aleosian ship. An Aelosian one is another matter anyway...

Second. A drifting Hulk?, the last Aelosian Vessel was destroyed during the war on mars, and all hulks were recovered. The Aelosian ships destroyed during the civil war were recovered too.

Anyway, just for clearance that hulk should be returned to us. We reclaim it as part of our property. It is our sacred right.

The First, Second, Third and Fourth Fleets are mobilizing to defend our rights in this moment...

Dr N rested his hand against the helmet of one of the dead warriors
"Erm can we by any chance move one of these bodies for study?" said Dr N in a anxious tone
"No sir orders from high command general Scorpius wants it kept here until the Aleosian government comes up with an explanation as to why one of their battleships strayed out this far" replied the captain of the marine detail

He reached down towards the hand of one of the Eldar and began to ungrip the pistol from its owners hand the gun felt like bone light and agile a fitting weapon for one such as the owner

the eyes opened on one of the warriors he swung N around and clamped his arm behind his back and yelled in a hoarse language none could understand he was hysterical the warrior had a killer instinct in his eyes

the marines edged out of the way and out of the ship

"What is............." Mckenzie fell quiet as his words trailed away into a whisper

five peacekeeper marines ran out led by Braca Scorpius's 1st officer he turned to Mckenzie

"Nice to see you have everything under control captain" he said with a smile

The matter at the Gammut base will be taken care of the ship is in our territory and will stay there until you offer us an explination the first fleet is en route and will be joined by the 2nd when it is half way to the gammut base we do not want a war but if you display any hostile intent we will retailiate do we make ourselves clear

In response within the Web Two Fleets are dispatched the

Khaine First and Second, with the Third Khaines fleet on operations elsewhere along with the Asuryan's Wisdom this was all the Council would spare, at the time. Still the Sixty Vessels would have made an impressive sight, if any could see it.

'After the ship has been returned then, and only then might the matter of an explanation be raised. This is the final word on the matter. Farseer Council out.'

"Who or what is this thing" said Braca disgusted
"Excuse me?" said Mckenzie "Its a dammed Eldar!" he continued

Dr N winced as the creature snarled in his Ear he then stammered

"Dont tell me your gonna shoot with it still holding on to me!" he whimpered

"Belay that order!" Braca yelled
he walked over to the Eldar and stared at him the marines raised their carbines he pulled his own pistol and and shot it in the head
"Job done" he said
The creature fell wetly to the floor its spirit stone cracked and fell to the floor Braca's comm came alive
"Braca this is Scorpius I trust the situation is dealt with we will be there within the hour clear things up for my arrival" said scorpious
"Yes sir!" replied Braca

The Peacekeeper fleet thundered out of the jump points that formed in space the fleet led by the two emmense Super Star Destroyers took up positions around the Gammut base and waited for the eldar fleet

"Fleetworlds, the Aelosian ship will be returned to Aelosia immediatly. If you fail to comply, Bajon will assist Aelosia and Tor Yvresse in the destruction of your fleets, and the possible seizure of your territory. We do not take kindly to insignificant nations attempting to dictate to our allies."

We are gladly surprised and astonished by the support received in this matter by our allies. If the remains of the ship are not returned inmediately to us, we will initiate hostile actions, beginning with the total destruction of your military fleets. The power of the elven race shouldn't be taken ligthly.

This is the first, last and only warning. You have two hours to comply before we attack. Our technology will not be studied, or stolen by Mon-Keighs. Think about the consequences of your actions. Elven people are like a bow, flexible, but once fired, is difficult to stop the arrow.

((I have announced in many threads that all my capital ships are equipped with Aelos Last Wish, the only WMD in use by the Aelosian Navy, used only in defensive manouvers. You should be careful in how you treat that vessel))

Silently the Web opened and the Fleets Emerged, taking position in the Depths of space, between Systems, each arranged in readiness for the last step of their Journey. The Clock was slowly winding down, and the Eldar where preparing themselves.

'All Vessels on the signal of the Farseer we will enter the Immaterium when we Emerge all vessels not of an allied state are to be considered Targets of War. It matters not to the Council if they be Military or Civilian if the Vessel is not turned over all are to be sacrificed as a Message. Admiral De'Vars, Wailing doom Out.'

The Aelosian Fleets appeared just behind the vessels of the Fleetworlds, emerging from the Warp in a perfect formation. The three Void Stalker Class Battleships were forming the tip of the lance formation, followed by the Eclipse and Shadow Class Cruisers, the basic capital ships in use by the Aelosian Navy, fifteen of them.

Then came the frigates, escorts, gunships, destroyers and support ships, as a huge alive hive of little ships, roaming through space, one after another, the bright colors of the vessels glowing in the empty space. This was the first time in the Aelosian history that the Navy gather so much ships in just one battle, three entire Wrath Fleets, more than half of the Aelosian space forces. With no doubt the High Command of the fleets was resolved to retrieve the hulk at any cost.

A message was wired from the Fhianna Rethol, the first ship and Flagship of the fleet.

"To all non eldar vessels in the area. Evacuate this sector right now, or we will open fire inmediately. This is the last warning. Abandon the hulk and clear the area if you don't want to suffer the consequences. If you don't, we will take your actions as a declaration of war, and we will act accordingly".

With the confirmation of Aelosian ships moving on the Hulk the Tor Yvresse Fleet departed itself, the short jump easily made and they emerged from The immaterium, Huge Carriers began launching Fighters, first ten then Fifteen soon the Eldar Fleet was surronded in a virtual Sea of Fighter Craft and they just seemed to keep coming, Two Hundred, Three Hundred, Five Hundred, finnally the launching stopped, Eight Hundred fighter/Bombers Had been launched.

The Eight Carriers retreated to the rear of the Eldar line, and replaced now by Cruisers arranged into Packs of five, Four such packs existed. around them where the smaller Defence ships, Picket vessels whose main role was to protect the main forces from Missiles and enemy fighters.

and behind them where the Control centers for the Eldar Tor Yvressian Fleets, the Flagships, actually slightly smaller than the Carrirers they where quickly uploading and preparing a tactical map of the Battlefield.

The message was Broadcast over all frequancy....
'Those that Steal from the Eldar do not live long enough to regret the Mistake, time is running short. The Dance will begin, the Gates are open, Doom is coming. The Doom of Men, the Death of thieves, Khaine is stiring in our Hearts, his Rage fills us, act now to return him once more to Slumber...

For once we turn his wrath upon you, none will survive.'

A brief message was sent to Fleetworlds,

“This is Thelasian Space Command, you will hand over the Aelosian ship of face steep consequences.”

The message closed.

Deep in space, a Thelasian battle group, the Acharn group, entered slipstream, minutes later the Thelasian ships exited the stream in a system near the Fleetworlds systems where the Aelosian ship was held. It would only take one jump to reach the system. The fleet formed up

The fleet ships deployed their fighters (all Thelasian ships have a complement of Fighters, and K-Mags) and K-Mags, the fighters formed a screen in front of the fleet, behind them were the Destroyers and Cruisers, hiding the rest of the fleet from sight, behind the massive screen were the rest of the Capital ships, formed up in a 3-D wedge formation, with the Battlewagon at the center.

Another message, encrypted in an ancient combination of elven runes, is sent from the bridge of the Fhianna Rethol.

"Thank you, my friends, we're conmoved to see your support to our cause here. These Mon-Keighs have claimed the right to steal our technology and to desecrate our fallen warriors. If they don't repent for that behavior, their punishment will arrive. It will be a pleasure to fight alonside your fleets in that case".

The 10 Bajoni Battleships drop out of slipstream behind the Aelosian Fleet. They kilometer long ships gracefully slid through space in 2 perfect V formations. At the point of the lead formation was the IBIS Sandrock. An arrival message is sent to the allied fleets.

The last message has been sent from the bridge "Fleetworlds, you have one minute to comply. After that time we will fire all our batteries to you".

In the prows of the NightShade Class Destroyers appeared the graceful form of the Eldar torpedoes as they're loaded in the firing tubes, and the entire Aelosian fleet began to glow as the energy weapons started to charge, ready to launch a volley of plasma fire, pulsar lances and Dark Matter cannons against the enemy fleet.

"Fire at will", was the order from the Bridge of the Flagship. As one, all of the Aelosian vessels fired their weaponry against the ships of fleetworlds. Pulsar lances, llasguns, laser batteries, homing torpedoes and Dark Matter charges crossed the sky, forming an awesome volley of fire.

"What now, Sire?", said the attendant to the Admiral. "Reload, and fire again", answered the officer.

Aboard the Acharn, and order went out, "All fleet commanders, we are about to embark on a massive space war, some of us will not return, but here we fight for the honor of an ally, Ptoday, the enemy will taste the power of our fleet, PEACE THROUGH POWER!" He swiched off the com unit, "Ensign, go to battle alert, extend battleblades, full ahead and open SlipStream" The massive Thelasian fleet entered SlipStream, exiting in the system where the battle wwas taking place, "All Fleet Units, fire standoff warheads" As the Amiral said this a massive swarm of misiles, launch from the battleships, battlecruisers, battlewagons, frigates, and cruisers.
